- Contact details you submit (name, work email) to fulfill shortlist or enrichment requests.
- Role and sourcing criteria provided in forms, including optional pasted profile links.
- Uploaded files (CSV, Excel, PDF) for enrichment, stored in our secure bucket.
- Usage analytics and device data captured via Mixpanel and similar tools (page views, button clicks, form completion events).
- Operational logs and metadata required to detect abuse and improve service reliability.
How We Use Data
- To generate candidate shortlists and deliver enrichment outputs you request.
- To communicate about requests, quotes, and status updates.
- To improve our sourcing signals, filters, and product experience.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- We may share data with trusted subprocessors strictly for delivery (cloud hosting, email, analytics).
- We may disclose data if required by law or to defend our rights.
Customer Obligations
- You may not disclose, resell, or redistribute source data or candidate contact details to third parties outside your organization.
- Publishing or sharing the underlying data sources we provide is a violation of our Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for lawful outreach and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
Retention
- Uploaded files and pasted data are stored only as long as needed to fulfill your request and maintain reasonable backups.

- You can opt out of non-essential analytics by blocking cookies/trackers in your browser.
- Contact us to access, correct, or delete your information where applicable.
